Our Center is equipped with a state-of-the-art technology in the international markets, we have a multiplace hyperbaric chamber HAUX- STARMED 2000, which was designed to provide treatment of up to 5 absolute atmospheres (ATA), with a 7-seat main compartment (CP) and a threshold chamber (AC) for 2 patients. It can be used in all kinds of patients, even on those who are mechanically ventilated. It allows one position for treatment: sitting and lying down. In this service, we offer specialized medical attention by a multidisciplinary group that is made up of specialists in Orthopedics and Traumatology, Neurosurgery, Medical Physiology and Family Medicine, with the indispensable help of nurses and hyperbaric chamber operators with more than 20 years of experience under their belts, all trained and qualified in Hyperbaric and Underwater Medicine, and certified by the HAUX firm for the authorized exploitation of this new technology in the world market. Our specialists make indications or suggestions, together with other types of natural treatments like hydrotherapy, ozone therapy, physical medicine, which always gives our patients the chance to have treatment options at the end of the appointments.
