The hospital has an angiology and vascular surgery service that provides regenerative medicine services and covers a series of entities that belong to the specialty. For more than a decade, conditions such as chronic arterial insufficiency, lymphedema and diabetic neuropathy have been treated, showing excellent results. We have several methods, which are individualized for each patient. We began to perform stem cell implantation, after stimulation with Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (HIBERVITAL), intramuscularly and with the aim of simplifying the process. Currently, we are developing it by intrarenal route, which has many advantages, since it does not require an operating room and is performed on an outpatient basis. With this treatment option, effective results and better quality of life for patients have been obtained.

Radiosynoviorthesis or radiosynovectomy is a nuclear medicine treatment that's only performed in our hospital as far as Cba is concerned. It consists of intra-articular injection of a small dose of a radiopharmaceutical β for the treatment of chronic synovitis due to different conditions. We have reaped the best results in rheumatoid arthritis, hemophilia and osteoarthritis (activated arthrosis). This method of treatment has, among many others, the following advantages:

3. It can be used in inoperable patients or high surgical risk

4. Allows to treat multiple joints simultaneously or in short intervals

5. Low cost, compared to surgery

8. In case of little improvement it is possible to repeat the treatment or use surgery

9. Rehabilitation treatment is not necessary because of its application

11. Prevents or reduces the frequency of hemarthrosis in hemophiliacs
