EPIDEMIOLOGICAL CONTROL PROTOCOLS

Passengers arriving in the Dominican Republic will not be required to present vaccination cards.

Airports and other ports of entry will perform a rapid, random breath test on a percentage of passengers and all those who present symptoms upon arrival. Passengers under five years of age and crew members are exempt from this procedure.

All passengers will also be required to undergo a temperature check. Those who present symptoms or whose test results turn out positive will be isolated and cared for in authorized places.

The vaccination card and the PCR negative test are not required for hotel check-ins, nor for services offered within hotels and hotel complexes.

It is required to present the vaccination card with 2 doses of the vaccine applied or a PCR test performed at least 7 days before to enter the establishments outside the hotels and resorts.

All passengers and crew members arriving in the Dominican Republic from Australia, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Ireland, Kuwait, Monaco, United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales), Democratic Republic of Congo, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Senegal, Syria, South Africa, Sweden, Thailand and Tunisia must present a negative PCR test result or Vaccination Card no less than 3 weeks after the last dose was administered.
