In order to make its wine heritage known, San Juan offers different tours along the province's Wine Route. Framed in a region that is mainly known for being the main wine producing province, Malargüe, in Mendoza, offers alternative proposals that are worth discovering. Although it is true that in the surroundings of the city you can visit some of the several wineries and wine-related experiences available in the region, Malargüe has much more to offer. Among these experiences we can find the visit to the Montaña Blanca factory, an ideal place for sweet lovers, as there they show the public the process of elaboration of their handmade chocolates, chocolates and alfajores. They will also be able to enjoy one of the emblematic products of the city, such as red fruits. These are largely grown in Malargüe, and this fame is largely due to the work of Finca La Anita Frutos de Montaña, a family company engaged in the organic agricultural production of blackberries, blackcurrants, cassis and raspberries. Other products you cannot miss in Malargüe's restaurants are trout or goat (kid meat).
